Images

The images of the products are the reality of what you will receive, they are not for illustrative purposes. The color of the products shown may vary according to the model and brand of each monitor, graphics card, operating system and browser (web browser). At the moment the customer places an order, the items will be removed from the stock, when they are out of stock they will automatically disappear, they will no longer be seen on the website.

Exchange of merchandise

We have quality control before shipping the merchandise. In the event that ONE of the controlled products fails and is no longer in stock, an alternative product may be chosen; it will obtain the same or similar characteristics, of equal or greater value and in no case will the client be asked to pay additional sums or take care of the differences.

Property

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of the content providers. In no event will this company be liable for any damages including direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

Refund and Guarantee Policy

You may cancel your order within a period of 10 days from the date it was placed. If the order is canceled outside this period, we will not be able to accept the return and the payment will not be refundable.

Anti-Fraud Check

The customer’s purchase may be postponed for anti-fraud verification. It may also be suspended for longer for a more rigorous investigation to prevent fraudulent transactions.
