Uplay America currently has a Technician/Installer opening to service and install arcade games in Sarasota area, Florida. We are looking for a talented and experienced Technician who can provide expert customer service and troubleshooting for customers.
The Technician will perform repairs and maintenance in residential and commercial venues when necessary.
Also will be responsible for inspecting, analyzing, cleaning, and maintaining the Company’s machines. Employee will write up reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans as well as source replacement parts and negotiate with suppliers and clients.
Responsibilities
- Repair and installation of coin-operated games.
- Refurbishment of used equipment.
- Troubleshoots computers to the modular level.
- Installation of equipment in game rooms.
- Delivery, load, unload and setup for rental packages.
- Work directly with the public and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor towards customers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be mechanically inclined and familiar with all hand tools.
- Must be able to physically handle (load, unload, push, pull, lift, carry, etc.) equipment and parts.
- Must be punctual.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Computer skills a plus.
